elevator was out our room was on 5 th floor there was no water pressure toilet was not flushing house keeping did not clean but entered our room and there was a water main break in the lobby and we did not have water for several hours all during a bridal party and wedding preparations

The room was not clean. The refrigerator was iced over the floor was dirty. The bedsheet was dirty the toilet at a roll of toilet paper inside of it. And it was a smoking room and we needed a non-smoking room.

There were ants all over our bathroom. Found some later on nightstand and then in BED. Moved after two days to different room. This property is old and you can tell they painted over everything thick. The fire alarm went off at 2AM on our last day. Yikes Hilton definitely not worth the price of ...
