"The breakfast was wonderful and kept stocked and clean. Front office staff was welcoming and kind. There was a snafu with our reservation and they were helpful and apologetic. The room itself left a lot to be desired. There was leftover food under the pull outcouch, the corners of the room were dirty and had pieces of the drywall on the floor. The chair was stained with something orange and flipping the cushion didn't make much of a difference. Overall, breakfast and the staff (front desk and breakfast attendant) made this stay good. The room could've used some TLC."

The kids enjoyed the pool, the adults enjoyed the hot tub, and the college kids enjoyed the basement! We had room for everyone and would definitely stay here again."

The person working in the kitchen complained to us that staff was not showing up to work, and she didnt have enough help. Our room was ok, but it was not that clean. Bathroom floor was not cleaned and there was dirt on on the moldings. The bed was ok. We will look for another hotel near Lansing next time."
