We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the unit and very happy with this space. Shower was a nice size as well, although use of the 2 separate shower heads was not clear or obvious (trial and error was required). No real complaints. We plan to stay here again on our next trip into Toronto ☺️

The breakfast buffet was the best buffet I ever had and was included in the price of the hotel room. The service from the staff was excellent and very helpful and the channel selection on the TV was good.

Stuff in holiday inn express was wonderful and always helpful direct you to city if you don’t know area well. I will recommend this hotel to family and friends

The staff were amazing as they always are. However this time our stay was dissapointing at best.
We had to switch rooms because 514 is where souls go to die. It's a darker room with limited lighting and not at all as nice as the other rooms on floors above it. Really needs more light and a room makeover.
We had significant trouble with room service. 3 times they sent the wrong order. For the prices they charge, you would expect for them to get it right.

"The gym did not have sanitary essentials, nor working out mat. Community microwave never heard of it was disgusted by it. I brought it to the managers attention. He dismissed it and suggested an early check out. I will never stay nor will I recommend this hotel."
