Find a Great Motel Pine Grove

"At check in only one person at that time she was on the phone over 10 minutes. A second person came and did check us in. Went to the pool to use the hot tub. Hot very hot and very little water flow. No towels were available. Asked for towels two times and waited 45 minutes and never got any. Clean hotel but appears to be understaffed. "

"Front desk was so friendly upon check in, the room was clean and the AC was so cold! We enjoyed the arcade as we roamed the hallways and the pool was perfect. My only complaint was the smell in the elevator…off-putting at 6 in the morning. "

"Walked into the room and there top blanket on both beds were dirty. One had what looked like blood on it and the other hair. When i asked for new bedding she came at me at first saying there's nothing wrong with the beds theyre clean. I brought both top blankets down to show her and she was extremely apologetic after that. But the whole hotel is falling apart. I wasnt expecting much but i do expect at least clean "

"Terrible experience. Front desk guy hung up in my face when asked for more towels and yelled at me and told me I couldn’t have any more towels. So The pool was out of commission so we had to drive 10 minutes each time to another hotel just so my kids could use the pool. Huge yellow stains all over the ceilings in the room. Dirty carpets and couches. Bathroom door was so sticky and dirty. There was stains and blood on a pillow case cover. Mold on the bagels at breakfast and everything was cold and gross. "

"Good place to stay for one night. Smaller than typical hotel rooms but has everything you need and comfortable bed. My only complaints are the shower leaked onto the floor, the breakfast buffet was poor and the reception desk could not give us change to be able to tip the staff when we left. We ran into this at another hotel we stayed at recently. I realize everyone now uses credit cards so I guess we now have to put it on the credit card. However who is going to take the time to do that when they are quickly checking out OR they don't want us to tip the cleaning staff anymore????"

"The room was not clean, did not smell great, and the furniture was pretty beat up. Pictures on walls were askew, not all the lights worked, fan in the bathroom never stopped running, and the TV cut out intermittently. Room keys took many tries for entry. On the plus side, check in was easy and the staff was pleasent. Breakfast looked adequate but we did not partake."

"Dirty smelly carpet…floor of our room was dirty and sticky…sneakers feel sticky…would not walk barefoot in room…bathroom, towels, bed in good order…front desk staff man Sat/Sun…not welcoming or friendly at all…HH membership not recognized…felt like a cheap motel instead of HGI that I would have expected…just got back from Los Angeles…seriously considering IHG or other options"
