"Let me start by saying the front desk staff were very helpful and professional. This location is in Hilton Head, SC. High visibility, high volume location. This location is showing signs of wear. Overdue for updating. The housekeeping contract / performance needs to be reviewed for compliance. Whoever is in charge of making sure the facility is kept clean is not doing their job. Elevator walls, glass doors, surfaces all need to be wiped/cleaned daily. Rugs need to be steam cleaned both inside rooms and out in common areas. Landscaping contractor is not being held accountable to Hilton standards. Overall, grade = C+….wont stay there again or until this location gets some needed attention."

"We were at a family reunion in Wrightsville then showed up late . When my husband & I appeared at the front desk your employee was on the phone . It was very obvious it was a personal conversation with laughing. She never acknowledged me . She was very rude . She was on the phone at least 15 mins . Once she got off the phone she was very nice to me . All your other front desk girls ( morning ) gave me a time of the day . My husband was getting upset . We were tired and wanted to get in our room . We finally arrived in our room it was very hot in the room . We also discovered we had blood spots on our pillowcases & fitted sheet on my side . Enclosed the photos . I went back to the from desk & your Housekeeper supervisor was there . She brought us clean pillowcases. My husband headed to the bridge and discovered we didn’t have access to the beach . I went down there & saw I would have to travel through the trail . I didn’t feel safe . No way I was going through all that tall grass to get to the beach . I was very disappointed that I couldn’t get to the beach in a safe way . My daughter’s friend & Expedia asked me to give her a true review which I plan to do. I was told the reason the bridge was blocked was a high tide came in & washed the sand away. Why haven’t steps been built to get down to the beach ? I have been to other places that had a bridge with steps . Their hotel should have disclose the bridge was closed."

"I really loved my stay here. The location was definitely the best part. It was an easy walk to the beach, as well as plenty of restaurants and shops, which made it really convenient to explore the area without having to drive everywhere. The walk to the beach was much easier than I expected, and I loved being so close to everything around Coligny. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and a great home base for my short stay in Hilton Head. If you're visiting Hilton Head and want to be within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and shopping, I would definitely recommend this location. It made my stay easy and enjoyable, especially as a solo traveler."
