Adorable bungalow on Portage Lake, just 17 miles to the University of Michigan’s ‘Big House’ Stadium in Ann Arbor, Mi.. Portage Lake is on the Huron River Chain of 7 lakes. Great getaway for 4 and offers all the comforts of home. Situated on the west side of the lake, you can enjoy a beautiful sun rise, peaceful and relaxing, yet close enough to Ann Arbor, Dexter and Chelsea to take advantage of great food and entertainment. A must see in the fall, Dexter Cider Mill! Party store and grocery just 6 minutes away. We also have 120 ft of dock available (seasonal only) for enjoy sun bathing by the water, watching nature & all the local boaters. Bring your Kayak’s and take in the lake up close and personal. Brighton is only 25 minutes away for skiing adventures. Many neighbors cross country ski in the area or on the lake. Ice fishing is very popular here and the bluegill are numerous.

Full size kitchen, over sized gas stove, double oven, 4-door refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, Weber gas grill and unlimited Reverse Osmosis water for the best tasting water of your life. Your morning coffee or tea will amaze you. We supply a Keurig coffee maker, toaster & blender, together with everything else you will need to make breakfast or a big dinner. The home has Central Air/Heat and plenty of hot water. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed and private bathroom with double sinks and walk in shower. Second bedroom has a Queen size pull out sofa bed that has an adjustable firmness setting. Not your ordinary lumpy sofa bed, so much more. Second bedroom also has direct access to a private bathroom or shared with common area, (your choice) with a single sink and walk-in shower. All towels and linens supplied.
