"Absolutely fantastic. Great location. Lovely staff. Maybe a pack on arrival regarding buses and ski passes etc. There are a lot of questions on a ski trip. Maybe also have spa use in the day for this not skiing. Lovely staff at bar, restaurant and front desk. Cleaning team lovely too. Thank you "

"Too hot and too noisy"

"Great hotel that’s conveniently located for the motorway. Secure parking. The rooms are comfortable and well laid out. Breakfast was plentiful and just what we needed. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is the cleaning that started before 0730 with vacuum going right outside our room, "

"Room was warm, had the basics but hob didn’t work properly, staff were no where to be seen at any point of the trip, reception/restaurant seemed closed at all times and the whole site felt like there was 2 or 3 cabins in use, all at the furthest point from the carparking area"
