"The worst budget hotel I have ever experienced. The room smelled awful, was dirty, and infested with cockroaches. There was no hot water, and although breakfast was supposedly included, they delayed it so much that I had to eat outside. The staff were completely uncooperative. The bedsheets were unwashed, unhygienic, and a serious health risk. Honestly, this place shouldn’t even be called a hotel—barely qualifies as a lodge. The flush was leaking and the entire room had a foul seepage smell.We had to shift in a room designed for differently able people which was comparatively a lot more smaller. The drain was blocked and overflowing in the shower area. Green tea was not available. Overall pathetic experience .I want a refund . "
