"We were upgraded to a suite on arrival which was very big, modern and clean. We didn't visit the spa, which was included, so can't comment on that. "We landed late into Bergamo area so chose this hotel for location. It was only a ten minute walk from the airport then 15 minute taxi to Bergamo station the next morning. We were only there a short period of time but the staff were excellent and the room was very nice and comfortable."
