"Das Personal war sehr nett. Das Zimmer hat sehr stark nach altem Aschenbecher gerochen, mit Kindern schwierig. Wir hatten Halbpension, das Abendessen war dürftig und wurde schlecht nachgefüllt. Die Therme, ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber wir hatten trotzdem viel Spaß. Für eine Nacht zur Durchreise zu empfehlen, einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich nicht planen."

"This hotel is located conveniently across from Donlac Square, and in the heart of Old Zageb. We appreciated an early breakfast opening at 630 am. We like to get early start to sightseeing. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet. Plenty of hot water. Comfortable bed, and we enjoyed a delicious room service meal. "
"Well we were only there for one night, and really only half a night. The staff was helpful, pleasant, and offered all the tips and tricks for our very short stay. The property was quiet and nice! We regretted not staying there for longer at the beginning of our trip. The suite we stayed in would have been perfect for a small family staying in Zagreb for several days. Didn’t get perfect 5 stars on condition only because I was so excited to see a bathtub, but the bathtub faucet didn’t work. Other than that perfect stay."
