This superb villa with private swimming pool is located in the desirable area of Pinar de Campoverde in Pilar de la Horadada.
The villa is equipped with air-conditioning and internet/WiFi.
On the main level you have the living room, kitchen, a small terrace, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Downstairs you have two further bedrooms both with access to a terrace overlooking the private pool and a bathroom. The fourth bedroom with en-suite bathroom has independent access via the garden.
Outside you have a private garden with your private swimming pool and space for sunbathing around the pool. You can also park your car in the plot.
All the amenities including restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops are within short walking distance. The beautiful sandy beaches are just 10 minutes drive away.
Pinar de Campoverde is an exclusive residential area composed mainly by private villas where you will find all the amenities that you could wish for including parks, restaurants, supermarkets, shops.
