"Booked 2 rooms for my family and I on expedia. After a hours of travelling we tried to check in and were told only 1 room was avilable despite paying for 2 rooms already. My family and I were tired from the trip. The front desk staff were not helpful at all! One of them thought the situation was funny that they overbooked. "The place was good and within access to the areas where I went, however I can't give a totally pleasi g rating since the only toiletry provided was a roll of tissue but none of soap and shampoo.
