Short stay for a college ceremony.
We enjoyed our stay in Pikeville. The property was perfect for us. It was very clean and the owners were really nice. Will definitely stay there again.

Hotel price with whole house amenities!
Super clean , comfortable beds , reasonably priced. More importantly the property manager was very nice and super helpful. She even invited us to a community cookout at the ymca (after she rushed over to let us in after locking ourselves out) . Hope to book again next year for the wifes family reunion.

Graduation Trip
We came down for my nephews high school graduation! We loved how close the home was to family!! Everything thing was perfect! Only complaint is being off a main road but other than that 10/10 definitely recommend going through Whitley and this rental. Will definitely be renting again!

Super Smooth - Great Spot
Overall the property was great, centrally located to all of the primary attractions in the area, clean and very well kept. The unit was rated for eight people, though realistically, I would rate it for six, at most. It has one queen bed, a full, pullout sofa and a bunk set (children). The full should be swapped out for a queen. Kitchen table only seats four, not enough kitchen supplies for eight people, plates, cups etc. This home has a washer and dryer, great showers. Recommend better cookware, higher quality, especially the skillet and other pots and pans. That all said, highly recommended and would stay at again.
