The hotel is under renovation and we had a brand new room. But it wasn’t noisy and you hardly noticed. The staff is so friendly and gave us an early check in. I would stay again.

There was no where for trucked with trailers to park. We had to park on the back street. Service wasn’t concerned with my issue. He said he could cancel my reservation, but I booked third party so I would just lose my money. Very noisy on the front side. Sounded like loud cars spinning tires and taking off several times through the night.

What a great place to stay! The location was convenient to everything, especially University of Pikeville. Our son had a game day visit and a chance to learn more about what UPike has to offer. Love being able to walk practically across the street. This hotel was very clean, all employees were very pleasant with smiles, which made it very enjoyable from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. Cold A/C, nice size rooms that were clean, comfy beds, great hot water, it was all there! Will stay here again!

Rooms kinda run down Wallpaper pealing off the walls in our suite and for close to $400 for a one night room not even paper towels in the room no clock uncomfortable furniture. But the bed slept good! The staff was courteous and very nice and helpful !

InThe heart of town with adjacent covered parking. Easy walk to downtown shops, restaurants, arena and college. Rooms were very clean and had ample storage and seating. Bathrooms had good lighting too. We were in town for a wedding and lobby area was great for gathering. Breakfast was well done for typical hotel style… something for everyone. Would definitely stay here again
