"The only negative I'd mention is that although you can opt for the All Inclusive, you still get a bill for every meal and drink with a line item for tips. You dont pay for the meal or drink, but it seems tips are expected. We've been to many All Inclusives and none have done this."

"We stayed at Ladera Resort in St. Lucia for our honeymoon, spending 8 nights and 9 days, and chose the all-inclusive option. From the moment we arrived, I was brought to tears — and that feeling never left. This resort is truly something special. Everything exceeded our expectations: the people, the service, the food, the cocktails, and of course, the views. We stayed in Room N, which was on the smaller side but absolutely perfect for us — intimate, peaceful, and exactly what we wanted for our honeymoon. We dined at Dasheene every single night and still couldn’t get enough. We’ll be dreaming about the shrimp risotto, blackened tuna, and the post-dinner chocolates for a very long time. The staff are what truly make Ladera unforgettable. A few people deserve special recognition: Stephanie, who handled our turndown service with such care Abigail at the front desk, who was always warm and welcoming Janelle at Dasheene, who went out of her way every night to say hello and make us feel remembered And our absolute favorite — the gentleman at the Hideaway Rum Bar, who was unbelievably kind and even shared the recipe for our favorite nightly cocktails I was emotional when we arrived, and just as emotional when it was time to leave.
