I do believe we were the first to stay in the property. There's a rooftop that allows you to have a glance at the city. I would definitely recommend it and will be staying again. Outside was the beautiful balcony overlooking the incredible ocean view. Although not particularly "high end" the unit was very comfortable and functional.
