Escape Reality Docked on Sand Point
Bring your boat and stay docked at this unique 4 bedroom 3 full bath canal front home. The house is laid out to entertain, handicap accessible, and sleep up to 12 guests comfortably. Enjoy summer nights on the spacious deck over the gas fire pit or cuddle up inside next to the fireplace on those chilly days. The property offers 3 docks, plenty of room to dock up to 5 midsize boats. Weather you're a family looking for a vacation or a avid fisherman/duck hunter this house will satisfy the needs.
The space
The main floor consists of master bedroom with king bed and full. 2nd bedroom has a trundle bed with 2 twins. Washer, dryer, 2nd full bath, fully furnished kitchen, and living room are on the main floor. The 3rd bedroom upstairs has a king bed with baby crib. The 4th bedroom has a full and queen bed. Also there is a full bath on this floor as well. The basement is finished with a bar, office area, and futon. The basement walks out into the garage/game room which is insulated and heated. Garage has a built in handicap ramp that leads to main level. The house sits on 300ft of canal frontage and has 3 docks to park boats. Full fish cleaning station, massive deck with natural gas fire pit, wood burning pit and sand area, screened in porch with propane grill. 18kw back up generator so your vacation doesn't get ruined by a storm. The house is perfect for boaters, fisherman, and duck hunters. Within minutes you can be on Wildfowl Bay.

Roomy and inviting
We had a great stay at this property with 2 other couples. Plenty of room for all 6 of us. We all walked in and were wowed! Decorating was very nice and the property was very clean inside and out.
We really wanted to enjoy the outside area but the weather was a little chilly. The pool table was used a lot and it was nice with a fridge in the garage so we could have easy access to drinks in the game area.
We made several meals at the house and most cooking supplies were on hand. A couple things we should have brought was cooking spray and tinfoil.
We would not hesitate to stay hear again!

Great location
We enjoyed our time at this property. We were very impressed with the location and everything was exactly what was described. Would definitely like to try to book another time in the summer. It was a little too cold to do much outside.

For the past 10 years a group of us have a girls weekend getaway and rent various homes. This house was the BEST we have stayed at - clean, well kept, very updated. Had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. That kitchen table was amazing-beautiful! Thank you for sharing your home with us. We hope to see you again next year!

A great place to escape the hustle of life and relax with the family. Plenty to do to keep all ages entertained. Communication with the owner was some of the best I've ever experienced. Replies were quick and clear and friendly.

Highly Recommend This Property
We were really happy with our stay here. We chose this property because it has a wheelchair ramp to the main floor, so that really suited our needs.
The house is very beautiful, well stocked, and clean. The rules and checkout expectations were clear and extremely reasonable.
I loved watching the deer in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful December Long Weekend
The house is wonderful. I travel often and stay at many rentals, this house was perfect. We were lucky with nice weather and able to enjoy the outside as well, beautiful stargazing at night. The house has everything you can want from relaxing by the fire to enjoying the many games in the heated garage. I love the location, lots to see and do in the area. We definitely plan on returning. Thank you for the great stay!
