Staff very friendly and helpful, room was renovated and clean loved the step in shower instead of bathtub. Annette was very friendly and helpful when we decided we wanted to stay an extra night.

It was a great place to stay only thing was no drink or ice machines plus snack machine was not working other than that everything was great room breakfast pool and location! Ty for a good weekend in the mountains! We will highly recommend this place for future use!

We stayed here after staying at a subpar hotel in pigeon forge...front desk was friendly...room was clean with comfy beds and location was great...had the free breakfast and it was great and the lady that took care of the breakfast area was on point..friendly and kept everything clean...very much enjoyed my stay there

The location is perfect, close to everything. Breakfast is fine and the pools are fine too. The rooms need to be renovated, the air conditioners are noisy and the cleanliness is poor. ....very poor, the elevator smells very bad also

Everything was just great! Price was reasonable. Right there at the Dollywood Stampede. Staff was great! Nice, helpful,polite. Even the other guests were nice. Very homey feeling. Would stay again. Everything was kept clean. Thank you! Breakfast was reasonable to get you going Pool was nice outside but chilly lol! Indoor pool nice as well as the hot tub Rooms were kepted by housekeeping daily. Thank you!

Older property that needs some TLC. Breakfast left much to be desired. Biscuits were fantastic. Pool and hot tub closed way too early. Grass fire pit was really nice to sit at night. Room was spacious. Great pressure in the shower.
