We really loved how conveniently located this cabin was! However, I would make sure that there are no car shows or loud events downtown before staying here. The floor weren't bery clean and the only spare bedding was ripped but everyone was very quick to respond to any questions and concerns we had.
The cabin had plenty of room for the 8 of us (4 couples). Our 2 dogs loved the place and easy to walk outside. The living area and kitchen was plenty of space but we spent most of our time in the game room playing pool, foosball and watching football. I would stay here again!
We stayed here for a quick family trip to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and couldn’t have been more pleased. Very conveniently located and filled with amenities. The cabin was perfect and we all absolutely loved it.
My family had such a great time at this property over thanksgiving! Very clean and excellent customer service. They were very prompt to respond to anything we needed even on thanksgiving day! Would definitely recommend!
Great location near Dollywood. Spacious house with a great game room. Was convenient that there was a pack and play and a high chair. Several fun board games.

Problem with the balcony
One of the kids almost fell down from the second floor. Four of the logs fell after leaning. The next morning we noticed there were more logs on the ground than the 4 that fell. Probably because it kept happening and didn’t fully fix it. The cabin wasn’t too clean and seemed way smaller than the listing.

Cabin needs improvements
The location was great based on the events we would be attending in town but there are some serious issues that need to be resolved with the cabin. The A/C unit is not equipped to handle the afternoon temperatures. At about 2 every afternoon the main level and lower level become unbearable warm and even after the sun goes down, never really cools off. We had to bring the box fans to the main level and open the windows to get the cabin to cool down. The upstairs bathroom tub/shower is a very difficult to get into and out of when taking a shower. It is a deep soaker tub that has a rain shower head added but you have to climb over the side of the tub to get in and take a shower. The faucet for the sink in the upstairs bathroom barely reaches over the side of the sink, making it difficult to wash your hands or brush your teeth. The furniture in the main floor living area is uncomfortable and not enough for a cabin that sleeps 12 people. We also had to get bags of ice due to the fact that the refrigerator was not able to produce ice. The shower in the main floor bedroom will leak water into the basement level of the cabin if water gets splashed outside of the shower. There was a substantial puddle on the basement floor during our stay that was caused by the shower according to the maintenance person.
