Route 66 can accommodate up to 6 guests with its 1 king bed, and 2 queen beds. Relax in the hot tub or roast marshmallows at the community firepit, do whatever you desire in this cabin that has all the essentials.

Adults can grill up a yummy dinner on the cabin's exclusive charcoal grill. Meanwhile, the kids are playing board games in the den or streaming Netflix. Route 66 is a Smoky Mountain Cabin that feels like home, just with some extra cool amenities.

THE BASICS:
No smoking, house parties, no pets, blocking driveways, damage, excessive noise or disturbing neighbors. Primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
*Pets are NOT allowed in our properties.

SMART-LOCK SYSTEM:
All Great Smoky Mountains Cabin Rentals properties are secured with Smart-Lock systems located on the front door and potentially throughout the unit. The 4-digit access code is unique to each reservation and should never be shared.

GUEST COMMUNICATION:
After you book your reservation, you will receive a booking confirmation email and text with your reservation specific rental agreement, that needs to be e-signed and returned before your check-in date. 48-hours prior to your check-in date, your check-in information that includes critical information for your stay will be sent via text. 

DAMAGE FEE BREAKDOWN:
Security Fee: In lieu of a security deposit (with exception), we provide up to $3,000 of damage protection for $39.50 plus taxes. This VRD fee is required and non-refundable. This plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during the renter's stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. Any damages that exceed $3,000 plus applicable fees will be charge to the credit card on file.

POLICY VIOLATION FEES:
from $50 .......... Un-Authorized Early Check-In/Late Check-Out (guest must check-out of unit at 10 A.M. unless approved by management prior to check-in)
from $500 .......... Smoking Violation Fee
from $500 .......... Maximum Occupancy Violation
from $1,000 .......... Pet Policy Violation

SUPPLY STARTER KIT:
Our Starter Kit includes a roll of 2 paper towels in each kitchen, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, dish soap, laundry detergent, hand soap, and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. It is just enough to get you started in our rentals, so you can relax first and visit the store later!
