➜ There is only one parking space per unit. There is limited additional parking near the clubhouse, but they are first come, first serve, so please plan accordingly.

☀ Is this property handicap accessible?
➜ This property is not ADA compliant. There is a ramp up to the front door, but there are stairs inside the unit.

☀ Do you need to bring your own linens?
➜ No, no and absolutely not! Our promise to our guests is to provide consistency and to us, consistency means ensuring essentials. We will provide sheets, towels, washcloths, etc. so that you can fill your bags with more exciting things!

☀ What other amenities do you provide?
➜ We provide full bottles of hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in every full bathroom. We also provide ample trash bags for the kitchen & bathrooms. Additionally, we provide a starter set of the following items that you might want to bring or purchase extra, depending on your length of stay: K-Cups, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, & laundry pods (for units with washers & dryers).

☀ What is it like in the winter?
➜ Beautiful! However, when snow or ice falls, or temps dip below freezing, issues can arise. While the community does a great job at plowing & salting, we can not guarantee access won't be impacted. We also can not guarantee that pipes will not freeze or power won't be affected.

☀ How many pets are allowed and is there a fee?
➜ Pets are not welcome at this unit. Certified service animals are always welcome.
