Then come and enjoy our beautiful, rustic cottage, Sitting on the Strip, conveniently located 100 yards off The Parkway in Pigeon Forge. Sitting on the Strip is within walking distance (one mile) of award-winning attractions such as: The Island in Pigeon Forge, The Track, Hollywood Wax Museum, Wonderworks, Titanic Museum, National Enquirer Museum, Lumberjack Square, etc. Also, this rustic getaway is within one mile of numerous dinner shows and over 50 restaurants. The cottage consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms is the perfect location for a great family vacation. The best part about Sitting on the Strip is you can leave the car parked to enjoy all the attractions, shows, and restaurants which is rare in Pigeon Forge! Sitting on the Strip has 2 bedrooms with 1 king bed and a 3rd bedroom with 2 Queens and also has 2 sleeper sofas. The living room and dining room are spacious for lots of entertainment and the kitchen has everything you would need. Enjoy our outdoor pool table with a TV overlooking a historical cemetery along with a fire pit and large hot tub with a great mountain view. Sitting on the Strip is located less than 2 miles from Cal Ripken Experience, 3 miles from Dollywood and Dollywood Splash Country and 8 miles from Gatlinburg.

I received no information about check in prior to arriving at the location. Once there, I called the property manager and was put on hold for 25 minutes before being told that I needed to drive 20 minutes to their office to obtain the key code.
There were no window treatments, other than broken blinds. The blinds were missing slats and many of the sections were so large that anyone could see inside. This also made the rooms very bright at night.
The floors were disgusting!!! We ended up keeping our shoes on the entire time because the bottoms of our feet or socks were black!!!
The entire home needs paint. The walls are stained, scraped and just look terrible.
