The cabin was very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool table and the theater room. The location was great, close proximity to the Parkway and no steep, winding roads. The Management Company was very responsive and friendly! We look forward to renting this cabin again!
great place lots of room beds were nice an the place was very clean but lots of steeps because its 3 storys has two hot tubs but it need better kitchen silver ware an more thing to put food in an it could use k cup coffee maker.
This house had plenty of room to sleep, but the only place to gather as a family of 12 was at the dining table. There was barely enough room to park. Very cold due to air coming in around doors and windows. Very little insulation. Also, the 560 dollars of free tickets a day was in reality 1 free ticket a day for 1 person. The good thing was I figured that was misleading and bought my family's tickets in advance. Would definitely not do this cabin again. We've stayed in some really nice cabins but this one is just so-so.
Super close to everything in Pigeon Forge but still quiet. It was so nice to have full bathrooms in each bedroom and for all beds besides bunk beds to be king size. Everything seemed clean and new and the kitchen was big and nicely stocked. Only complaint is that the living room was tiny for the size of the cabin/sleeping capacity. Only capacity for 5 to sit on sofas (one couch and one love seat in the whole cabin). It worked for us because the three kids tended to play elsewhere and the four adults could all have a seat - but we wouldn’t have been able to all sit in the living room at once. Overall a great experience.
We just returned from a week long trip at this cabin with 10 adults. The cabin had plenty of space for all of us to gather or enjoy alone time to relax as well. The location is perfect, very close to Parkway in center of Pigeon Forge. We all enjoyed meals together with the large dining area, pool in the game room and relaxing in the hot tubs. The only complaints we had was the internet connection was terrible and the theater room seats were so miserable (sit straight up and down) that we found both of those things completely useless. Also, there were no smaller pots/pans to cook with just large ones, and no large mixing bowls which would have been nice. None of those things had impact on our family having a fun, relaxing, and memorable trip with the cabin being a highlight of the vacation.
The cabin was absolutely beautiful. Unfortunately, a toilet was broken prior to our arrival and began pouring water into the bedrooms below. We called the after hours emergency number to ask to be moved to a new cabin, but unfortunately, we had no response from the management company or owner and had to vacate the home and move to hotel at 1:30AM. I was not contacted until 3PM the following day by the management company. I give them credit for trying to make it right, but by then, we had already made other lodging arrangements. It was a very unfortunate situation as the house was truly beautiful, clean, and comfortable. I feel like this was just a comedy of errors, and I'm sure we would love to have staying in the home if we had been able. Our reservation was canceled, and I am currently awaiting a refund.
