The hotel is outdated, but is very clean and close to everything.The staff is also very friendly. The walkway to the second floor could use a little something it is a little steep and it also gets slippery when it was wet. I do recommend this hotel overall so don’t let the price fool you , but don’t expect the Hilton either. I will be staying here again. I do recommend if you are looking for a cheaper affordable place to stay.

Smokies in the Fall

We've stayed at this hotel several times and never had a bad experience. It's conveniently located and budget friendly. Everything was clean, but the floor. It needed to be mopped. I walked barefoot the 1st night for a short time and the bottom of my feet were black. Other than that, everything was great. It's an older hotel but furnishings and tv have been updated. Great place to stay.

Not bad to be honest

The only issues we had was there were ramps in place of stairs, and it sounded like an animal of some kind managed to get into the roof. All in all though, a fairly nice and enjoyable stay, the staff were friendly and helpful, especially when our room lock wasnt working. Great location to boot for not a bad price :D

Room was clean. All appliances (ac, micro, fridge, etc) worked as expected. New bead spread and linens were clean. Used towels were collected daily by housekeepers and new items were replaced. Convenient location in center of Pigeon Forge. All in all, it was a decent value. I wish the staff could be a little more welcoming. When I asked questions I felt like I was imposing on them
