Our stay had both positive and negative aspects. The cabin itself was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and exactly as pictured. We truly appreciated the cleanliness and overall appearance of the property.Unfortunately, we experienced several significant issues that affected our stay. The most concerning was the electrical system. Although the property is advertised to accommodate 16 guests, the electrical capacity did not seem sufficient for normal use. If the kitchen appliances were being used while the game room or pool area was in use, the breakers would frequently trip, causing the power to go out. We repeatedly had to reset the breakers throughout our stay.This created an especially stressful situation because when the power went out, the electronic doors to the game room and pool area would lock. Several children became frightened when they were suddenly left in the dark and were unable to get through the doors until the power was restored. Adults had to run around the property to access the rooms from another entrance. Since the theater room, where many of the children were sleeping, is connected to these areas, the children were afraid to sleep there afterward out of concern they could become trapped again if the power failed overnight.Communication with the host was also difficult. We arrived shortly after the 4:00 p.m. check-in time, but the door code provided was incorrect. We called, emailed, and sent messages, but it took approximately an hour before
