Absolutely zero complaints, as usual. The staff were helpful, courteous and friendly. The accommodations were perfect. In fact, the rainy weather all weekend kept us at “home” in the cozy condo by the fireplace longer than planned and we were not disappointed after receiving much-needed relaxation. We recommend you book today!

There is no comparison to the condo versus a motel room. Plus the fact that pricing is not much different. Next time you visit the Smokies you should give Cherokee Lodge a try. The only thing we would change is adding ceiling fans in the bedrooms, as well as more overhead lighting in the kitchen/living area. It does get a little noisy when sleeping from cars on the roads but it’s not unbearable. Will definitely be back!

The unit and grounds were kept clean. The pool looks like it could use some work, but it was not in season, so we didn’t use it. The beds in our unit need replacing, but the rest of the furniture in the unit was very comfortable. Our group was happy to be able to spread out in a 2 bedroom rather than a hotel for a great price.
