This was an impromptu stay and my kids stayed with their dad and Grandma while my boyfriend and I stayed in another room. The pool was great. The view from the look out was gorgeous.

The staff was very friendly. The lobby and my room were neat and clean. Check-in and out were easy. Parking was easy. I would stay at this hotel again. I usually go to Pigeon Forge every other year with my children. We would stay at this hotel in the future.

The pool was nice and the view was beautiful. The room smelled moldy and everything felt damp after opening the window and turning on the ac it aired out. The beds was small and hard. Property needs updating bad. Little thing like curtains would make a big difference. Room dark and gloomy. The lighting was horrible. Entrance is hard to find. Carpet in hall need to be removed.
