    Two large comfortable dens with sink-into sofas mean there’s plenty of space for family time but also somewhere to escape for a little peace and quiet.

    Everyone will love their accommodations in one of the eight bedrooms that are all equally sized and equipped. The Lodge offers six king suites and two bunk rooms, and each room benefits from its own ensuite private bathroom. Wedding Weekend

We had a great stay this past weekend at the cabin. The cabin could use a good deep clean and a facelift in some areas, but the quick response and great communication from the property manager made up for the needed updates. The cabin has large bedrooms and plenty of room for a large group. We would book again.

Perfect in every way

We were delighted with Caney Creek! Easy access, spacious rooms (including bedrooms), well-stocked, and COMFORTABLE SEATING. The children loved playing in the creek catching frogs and little fish. Plenty of hangout space for relaxing solo or with the group. Friendly and helpful staff. We loved it!!!

Creek time!

This house was perfect for our family, my brother’s family, my mom and aunt! Everyone had their own very large bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with every appliance and utensil you could need! They also had plenty of kitchen towels, scrubbies, and pot holders! The outside yard was absolutely perfect with the large fire pit, benches for sitting and right next to the babbling creek. I will be booking this house again for sure! Thanks for a wonderful long weekend!

Amazing Week Getaway

We had a group of 35 stay here for a week getaway and it was absolutely amazing. The cabin was spotless when we arrived and all the appliances worked perfectly. Had absolutely no trouble finding everything. A nice surprise was that the fire pit has been updated with benches and a gravel pit around it which made it easier for sitting around and making s’mores. Communicating with the owners was super easy, and they checked up on us to make sure everything was going well or if we needed anything. This was such a great experience for everyone and we will definitely be booking with Thomas Rentals Again!

Great place and location

We loved the house. It was big and had a lot of things for the kids to do inside and out. Adults loved it too with every bedroom having their own bathroom. It was in a great location so we could get to Gatlinburg and pigeon Forge very quickly. Everything was very clean. My only small complaint is that The ceilings in between the upstairs and downstairs rooms are incredibly thin so you can literally hear everything that is going on above you. I would suggest putting down some big area rugs to absorb some of that noise. Otherwise everything was great.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Management company was absolutely amazing! So wonderful to work with.Disappointed in the home. Furniture was worn down. Definitely needs updating. The media room did not work the 1st night due to the bulb being out in the projector. Maintenance did arrive promptly Friday to fix. One bedroom had a mildew smell and the carpet was in poor condition. The refrigerators took 2 days to properly cool the items inside. For the nightly cost I was definitely expecting more.

We had a large friend group of 24 people stay here for a long weekend - this cabin was perfect and exactly what we needed! The cabin itself was very clean, everything listed was provided, communication with the host was very easy, check in/out was simple and smooth, and the property overall was beautiful! The cabin sits right on a small creek which was very peaceful and nice for a quick cool off, the fire pit was large enough to fit our whole group around it, the grills were perfect for our dinners, the hot tub was clean, and the large grassy side yard was perfect for all our yard games/activities. Very easy to get to pigeon forge/Gatlinburg from the cabin and some good hikes near by as well. We used the theater room to watch sports, and the pool/foosball tables were a fun addition. And having 2 of every appliance in the kitchen was very helpful for our larger group. Overall it was a great stay, we would definitely stay here again and would also highly recommend it to other large groups!

This is a beautiful property. We loved the backyard area. It had a great back porch with a hot tub, picnic tables, and rocking chairs. It also had a great space for bonfires and a beautiful creek that everyone enjoyed. We loved the layout of the lodge. There was plenty of space to accommodate our party of 21. The host was fantastic from beginning to end. We will defintely stay here again.

We had 20 people, 8 of which were children.Everyone loved being there! The house was perfect for us. The kids played baseball in the yard. We made s’mores at the fit pit. They explored the creek and saw a big turtle. We had a nature scavenger hunt. We had skits in the cinema which had the exact number of seats we needed. The kids loved that whole set up. The house is very close to Dollywood and all that Pigeon Forge has to offer. We also loved Gatlinburg which is so close! So much to do! We need to return. We loved this house. It was perfect for our ladies retreat. There were 20 of us and we had plenty of room. Our ONLY complaint is that the legs on the benches of the dining table are too wide. We had lots of stubbed toes. Many of us kept our shoes on. But, besides that, it was an amazing weekend.
