Family friendly cottage 2 minutes from the Parkway!

You can be near everything Pigeon Forge has to offer, but in a quiet setting. The house is less than five minutes from the Parkway and the drive to the cottage is stress-free with no mountains to climb. The cottage is one level, making it easy on everyone in the family.

The home is all about relaxation. At the front of the cottage there is a cute porch with two rocking chairs and a patio bench. Enjoy those cool nights after a long day of activities. The back patio also has a sofa, two chairs, and a grill. Have dinner out back or let the kids run around in the grass while you relax.

Inside you will find two bedrooms. The front bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen bed on the bottom and an extra large twin bed on the top. This bedroom also has a full bathroom that can be accessed from the bedroom or hallway.

The second bedroom has a king sized bed and a workspace. If you need to get any work done you can do so at the desk. We have high speed internet so you shouldn't have any problems connecting. The bedroom also has a full bathroom with a jetted tub.

The living room features a gas fireplace that can be used from October until May. The bookshelves have a number of books for the whole family and DVDs for everyone. If you would like to enjoy a family game night grab one of the many games available or play one of the arcade games. The game table has 412 games to choose from.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you should need to make a meal. The dining room table seats six and the counter has three more chairs. We provide a roll of paper towels, some dishwasher detergent, and some dish soap. We also leave out a few coffee pods. The kitchen has many spices for you to use also.

There is a garage that you are welcome to use. A remote is left on site. Parking is allowed in the driveway too, but there is no street parking allowed. The community has a pool and beach towels are provided for you.

The area has a number of activities to suit your family. The area has hiking for the outdoorsy type, go karts for the adventure seeking family, and tons of restaurants for the foodies. The welcome packet has a number of recommendations for the area. Our family loves this area and we hope that you can make the same amazing memories.

Enjoyable Stay in Pigeon Forge

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and close to all attractions in Pigeon Forge. The pool was great after a long day of hiking (or shopping). The game system was a lot of fun! Would stay again if we are in the area!

Great, convenient property right off the Parkway in Pigeon Forge but far enough away to escape the traffic noise. All the amenities have been thought of. Having your own garage to park in is a nice bonus. Would stay here again.

Beautiful Cozy Cabin

My stay at this beautiful cozy cabin was outstanding! The cabin was in a perfect location, just minutes from the Parkway. The neighborhood was quiet. The cabin was well equipped, beautifully decorated and just a short walk to the pool! I can’t wait to return and I would highly recommend this cabin to friends, family and to anyone who plans to visit the Pigeon Forge area.

The community and unit were wonderful with spacious rooms and the unit was very clean. The units garage was a lovely perk for us. This unit has anything you could possibly need or want. We will definitely stay again. The convenience to restaurants and attractions was another huge bonus.

Cozy Cottage Is Correct

Cozy Cottage worked perfectly for our family. The location and neighborhood can’t be beat. Everything was neat and clean and the layout of the house is great. Having garage access was so helpful and convenient. Jen was so kind, impressively responsive and wonderful to work with. This is the best place we’ve stayed in the smokies using VRBO. We highly recommend and plan to stay again next visit!

We enjoyed our stay. It was a very convenient location. My only complaint was the extreme firmness of the master mattress. I have mobility issues due to MS and it was helpful to have a flat, no step entry way and handrails in the master bathroom.

Pretty Christmas decorations. Kitchen was very well equipped except for a kitchen towel. Beds were comfortable and towels were A+. Location is excellent and having a garage opener was handy. Jen answered my emails promptly and was easy to work with, Would definitely stay again.

Quite, clean, and close to parkway.

Sometimes I spend hours trying to find the perfect pet friendly vacation home. Our little Izzy girl goes everywhere with us. Well, this place did not disappoint! Clean, comfortable, quiet neighborhood, and close to the parkway. The manager of this property was great to deal with. Quick response and very accommodating. I hope to stay here again.

Love the patio - comfy beds & clean

The patio homes are amazing. Love having your own attached garage while on vacation. My mom is 84 and using walker or wheelchair depending on distance to walk and having everything on one level is great. Everything was nicely decorated and very clean. Beds were comfy. Easy to get in with electronic lock. Great place to stay. It’s our 2nd time

Home away from home and minutes from major attractions

We really enjoyed staying a this property as it allowed us to bring our family dog. Its rare that we go anywhere without her. The house was situated in a quiet neighborhood about 3 minutes from the Starlight Diner and Cracker Barrell. The closeness to all the attractions allowed for it to be a central base for our activities, allowing us to rest a bit or walk the dog. The house has everything you would expect a home to have, ie coffee maker, plenty of dishes, cups, and silverware. The kids enjoyed the novelty of sleeping in the bunk bed together, until they didnt. We hope to come back in the future.

This property was clean, organized, well kept. Appreciated that the mattresses were zipped with covers! With an uneasy feeling staying anywhere other than home, I was surprised to feel comfortable with the level of cleanliness. (That's saying something, for sure!) Can't thank the owners enough for making this unit available for others to enjoy! Much appreciated!
