Fall Travel

Nice place - great location. Main Trolley Station conveniently located across the street. Trolley system is only way to get around and not worry about parking - $3.00 for all day ticket. TV instructions need to be updated. We would definitely stay here again.

Anniversary Getaway

Everything in this condo was exactly as described. We loved the personal touches in decor and loved coming in to the Christmas tree lit - it made us get into the holiday spirit! We loved the view and were able to see fireworks Friday and Saturday nights. Convenient to everything. We will stay again! Thanks for a great weekend to celebrate our anniversary!

Great Family Vacation

It was perfect for our family of four. Our girls loved the indoor pool and the jacuzzi tub. It was great to have space to spread out and location is perfect, close to everything. My one minor issue was that it would be great to have black out curtains in the primary bedroom instead of just regular, the lights from Pigeon Forge are pretty bright at night. Other than that everything was great! Would def stay there again.

Very nice spot close to activities

The space itself was very nice with great views, very cozy bed and other furniture. It would have been nice to have at least 1 small bar of soap and some kleenex. Also Ogle Rd does have occasional very loud trucks,otherwise was fairly quiet.

Absolutely perfect spotless clean will definitely stay there again and would refer anyone there. Just off the main drag of all the action food shows and activities. Wonder view of the town and mountains from balcony great place to watch the sun rise. Minutes from Dollywood and 5 minutes from National park. Thanks so much my family and I greatly appreciated your place .

Nice Condo and Location

This Condo was in a great location, close to all attractions and restaurants in Pigeon Forge. It is only a short drive to Gatlinburg as well. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and a nice view from the patio. The decor was nice and updated but the BOTH mattresses on the beds need to be replaced. Especially the first bedroom on the left when you come through the main door. Both sides of the mattress roll toward the floor and in the middle it has a hump in it making it very hard to even stay in the bed. The condo also needs a "deep" cleaning all over. We appreciated the discount for the 3rd night, that was nice! Thank you.

Best city view condo in Whispering Pines, but..

We've stayed in half a dozen different Whispering Pine units over the years and this one has one of the best city side views IMO. It could be the Penthouse it claims to be in the listing, but it has issues. The biggest among them is the cleanliness and maitenance.

Nice Condo Will Likely Come Back

My wife picked this Condo for a trip with out son and his girlfriend who had never been to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. The property was as described. The master BR had a huge King Sized Bed. Hard to get in and out of. The window faced several lighted areas outside and could have used black out curtains. The TV in the Living area was difficult to operate but I was eventually able to program accordingly. Not enough toilet paper. The Kitchen was dated but adequate. We went before Christmas and there was a Christmas Tree Up. We did not use the indoor pools area. Parking was adequate. Would recommend for a short stay.

Nice Condo

The condo was spotless. The beds were comfortable, great recliners! We enjoy recliners and both chairs and the sofa reclined and were extremely comfortable. The condo was beautifully decorated from the bedrooms to the living room. Even though the view on the terrace was not of mountains, trees etc we enjoyed sitting outside especially in the morning drinking coffee. And added perk was we got one free ticket per day for attractions designated by the owner. Keri was very accommodating. She answered all of our questions promptly. There was a bump in the road, probably my oversight, and Keri did her best to fix the situation.

Cozy

We overall enjoyed our stay! We did have to get in contact with the owner the night we checked in since we didn't receive the door code; unsure if this was to be sent by the owner or VRBO. The condo is decorated very cozy! Furniture is nice and comfortable! The handle on the sliding door was not intact when we arrived so we had to slide the door open by pushing on the glass. Not a huge issue. The location is close to the parkway which is very convenient! Do check events going on before your stay, we did not and there was a car show in town. At night the cars would ride up and down the parkway revving their engines, until the early hours and this is clearly heard in the condo. Also, we agree with the other suggestion of heavier curtains in the main bedroom. You go to sleep seeing all the lights on the parkway, then are woke up early by the sun. The condo is very inviting and comfortable overall!

Great location in heart of Pigeon Forge

Our family of 4 stayed here & overall I gave the property 4 stars- a solid B-. Positives: -You can’t beat the location- right on the parkway & close to everything -Xplorie perk with free tickets to many attractions was a big selling point. Definitely take advantage! -View from the balcony was awesome to see the fireworks at Dollywood. -Comfortable beds Areas for opportunity/improvement: -Primary critique is the cleanliness of the property. The furnishings themselves were nice with a distressed look, however, the walls/cabinets/doors/baseboards were dirty. Floors were most noticeably dirty on tile (ex: around doorframe in master bathroom & along the baseboard next to shower. There were splatters on kitchen wall behind the trash & had not been wiped down. There was a stain on the guest room sheets found upon arrival & when I sent a message, was told they’d share with housekeeper. No detergent in the laundry as indicated in the manual, so my girls just slept on top of the bedding. One evening we returned to find roach killer delivered outside our door. It was left at wrong address we learned, but certainly doesn’t bode well for feeling comfortable. -Elevator was down a couple of times including when we arrived, so carried everything up multiple flights. It was fixed soon after. We did enjoy our stay, but spent most of our week sightseeing & only evenings in the condo. I would recommend a thorough cleaning, clean cobwebs from light fixtures & consider white paint for trim/doors.
