The cabin has a cute bear theme throughout. It also has all kitchen necessities. It is nestled in a wooded area with a brook in the back but there are other cabins in close proximity as it is in a subdivision. Location is fairly convenient to the main strip. As someone else mentioned in another review the beds are lumpy and uncomfortable. The fireplace also doesn’t give off heat so if wanting to use it to warm up the cabin, it won’t. All in all we still enjoyed our trip and look forward to our next visit to the area.
Handicap accessibly was not what we expected….bathroom is not accessible by wheelchair. Other than that we have enjoyed our stay and this cabin.

The cabin was great!
The cabin was great. The hide a bed was broke but we made do as there was 5 of us so someone just slept on the couch. Otherwise the cabin had most of the comforts of home! We were a little disappointed in the location as we were looking for a little more isolated. But the view out the back was still wonderful.
Over the cabin was nice. The bed sheets had hair on them and our first night there, I washed both sets of sheets. I think new cleaners are needed. I saw where others had complained too about the cleanliness.
The cabin is cute and nestled in the woods. It suited our needs for our short stay. It was evident that it hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned or updated in a while. The kitchen and living room were fine, but the bedroom furniture was dusty, there were cobwebs on the walls and ceilings, burned out lightbulbs in the kitchen and dirty linens left in the bathroom.

The entrance is handicap accessible but that is the only thing that is. If you need easier bathroom access this is not for you. Showers are very small. The stairs creak very noisy when someone is going upstairs or downstairs. The cabin is decorated nice but the living area is very small. The furniture is so heavy and bulky that it makes it very tight in there

Cute cabin but…
This cabin was very clean and the management very nice but just a few things bothered us about our overnight stay. First off the beds are extremely uncomfortable. The mattress seems very old and it was hard! We woke up multiple times through the night and very sore the next morning. Also the bed lines were thin and poor quality. The location isn’t ideal, which is my fault for not checking in before we booked but we felt more like we were in a subdivision than the Smokey Mountains! Our biggest disappointment was the hot tub. The jets do not produce much pressure so there was little to no bubbles and some jets didn’t work at all. The water temperate takes along time to heat up as well and didn’t hold the temperate. Also for the price of the cabin it would’ve been nice to have better quality items such as toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags. The ones supplied are very cheap, so if staying here bring your own!
We loved staying here. Such a convenient location and tucked away in a very private spot. This was perfect for my husband and our 2 kids. We would definitely rent it again.
The stay was great. We had 4 in our party. 2 couples and we each has plenty of privacy with our own bathrooms as well as room for entertainment. I recommend this property to others.
Cabin was nice and clean. It was private and quiet, just what we needed to end our long road trip.

Cute and cozy, but in need of a thorough cleaning…dust, spider webs, dirty floors. TV remotes had to be replaced. Dishwasher failed to dispense soap. Cabin was said to have WiFi, but it wasn’t available. Guest register showed previous guests had also complained of this. When worker was sent for tv problem and WiFi, he was unable to solve the WiFi situation. We never received the promised follow up call from his visit.
The autumn decor was very welcoming.
Everything was perfect except that the upstairs bathroom was locked and not accessible. We were not informed. We should have gotten an allowance for the inconvenience. If we had known there was t a toilet upstairs, we would have booked a different place.
The home was well kept and lived up to the listing. We had no issues to speak of. The kids enjoyed the the local pool and despite being in basically a vacation rental neighborhood, we felt secluded. If there is anything that we could suggest, it would be to upgrade some of the kitchen utensils. However, that is a small matter.
