Cute and cozy nest is on the second floor of Legacy condominium complex! Enjoy one 1 bed one 1 bath condo with all amenities you need for your vacation, enjoy greatest location and safe neighborhood!
You will be one block off the Main Street, Parkway, walking distance from the Island of pigeon Forge, Publix and Kroger, all the Main attractions, 5 star restaurants and shows will be 5 min away from you!!
Dollywood and water park is 8 min drive, Gatlinburg is 15 min away!
Kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking, comfy king size bed in the bedroom and brand new sleeper sofa in the living room!

One car per reservation!

No smoking of any kind allowed:

Property is as described. Location is one block behind the main parkway, walking distance to The Island and other shops. Less expensive than many of the hotels and much nicer!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Location was great and right in the heart of everything. The only issues I was would is that the Wi-Fi didn’t work in the bedroom and hardly no cellular service. There was also a knocking sound coming either from the A/C at night which woke me up. Other than that, it was good!

Perfect Spot in the Middle of Everything

We loved this little hideaway just off the main road in the heart of pigeon forge. An easy walk to the Island, and many restaurants, and more, a quick easy drive to Dollywood and an easy drive to the Cades Cove entrance of the Smoke Mountain National Park. The place itself was, quiet, clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient Location

Convenient to Pigeon Forge shopping. Clean and modern room. Quiet neighborhood. The Wifi could be a little faster, but overall stay was very good.

Amazing location!

We went to Pigeon Forge for a destination wedding! And the place was perfect! Amazing location right where everything is! Very clean and easy access! I do recommend this place! And if I ever come back I would consider staying there

Holiday Getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The location was close to everything which is very convenient. There was work being done on the road right in front the condo, so that was the only irritation. Overall, the place itself was very clean, looked like the pictures, and had was given good instructions. Even though the location was right in the center of everything, it was pretty quiet.

The key pad was very very hard to unlock and get into. The stove top didn't work. Couldn't cook anything to eat from stove. Otherwise the condo was very clean and well set up. ( Might want a bigger trash can for kitchen)

Very nice for weekend get away

Me and my boyfriend stayed for 4 days 3 nights and loved the location being so close to everything! Be mindful there is roadwork currently going on by the condo and there is no elevators so you do have to carry your suitcases up the stairs but this wasn’t a big deal for us. The mattress in the bedroom was the softest one we’ve ever slept on, superrr comfortable! Definitely would recommend to stay here, we will be back! ☺️

Good Stay

The location was great. We walked to everything we wanted to do. The complex was quite. Make sure you bring ice there is no ice maker or ice trays. The WiFi is weak and the TV/TV service is hard to get to work. The TV in bedroom never worked properly. The living room was better. Overall a nice place.

Great Stay!

Overall we had a wonderful stay here! The host was always quick to respond. Check in was VERY easy. The condo was very nice and clean. My sister, one of our friend's and myself took a girls trip over the weekend. The condo was perfect for the 3 of us. Just big enough. The only complaint would be the bed. It was very low to the ground and VERY soft. When you would sit on it you would just sink. The only reason why I am mentioning this is because my sister has issues with her hip and it was a little difficult for her to get up and down from the bed. Otherwise I would recommend this place to anyone!

Winter in Pigeon Forge

Pros Clean Spacious Plenty of seating Comfortable bed Hand held shower head Washer and dryer Cons Lock box hard to get into Kitchen not that large but I don't cook on vacation so not an issue for us. Suggestions Blackout curtains in living room. We had guests on the pull out couch as well as the bed room and the exterior lighting was harsh and bright coming though. Unit was in an excellent location and perfect for our family of four. I have very high expectations of cleanliness and organization and am was pleased.
