My family and I just spent the last five days at this hotel and it was pure accident that we ended up here. We had originally booked a room at a near by hotel but when we arrived they informed us they had a booking error and had over booked. Long story short we were hours from home and it was pushing 12 am. Frantically looking for a hotel to stay at we came across the country inn and suites. To say they were extremely helpful and super nice is an understatement. We were greeted and checked in all under 10 mins. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable for a hotel stay. We had a private balcony which we did enjoy every evening after spending most of the day going to the different attractions near by. The river was just behind the hotel and we even got to enjoy watching multiple ducks and geese enjoying a swim from time to time. The house keeping did an amazing job keeping the rooms stocked and cleaned. They do offer a free breakfast which was fresh and the waffles were good according to my picky 8 year old. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to see about staying an extra night. When I called to check to see if that was possible the lady was so kind to help and made sure we got to stay in the same room. The only thing I could say that would be negative is NO reflection of the hotel but the alarm did go off at 2 am from a guest who decided to smoke and set it off. This was a stay during the week so I can’t speak on Joe different the weekend would be

We just spent 5 days at this hotel and it was by pure accident. We originally booked at a nearby hotel and when we arrived they informed us they over booked. It was 11pm and we were exhausted from the drive. I ended up finding country inn and suites and it was a blessing. The front desk lady was so sweet and helpful that it made a bad start to our vacation so much better. We were checked in and in our room within 10 mins. The room was clean and beds were comfortable, for a hotel stay. We had a private balcony and the river ran along the back side on the hotel. We spent a few nights relaxing by the river or the balcony enjoying the scenery. Breakfast was included and my picky 8 year old even enjoyed the waffles and muffins. The hotel is close to downtown and we were able to take the back street to bypass the parkway traffic. The house keeping did an amazing job keeping us stocked with towels and toiletries. Everyone we met was friendly and asked if we needed anything. I would recommend anyone to stay here. I will say we stayed during the week so we can’t speak on if there would be a difference in weekend experience but overall we enjoyed our stay and I would definitely stay again.

My best friend and I are only 21 years old and we stayed here alone. We felt really safe and everyone was really nice. The room was really clean too! I would definitely stay here again!

There was cobwebs on the ceiling above the beds. We found a baby cockroach. There was some sort of stain on the sheets and we asked them to change it and the first day they just made the bed with the same sheets. The second time we asked them to change the sheets it was done correct. It sucks because we have stayed at a country inn before at other locations and we like it. Everything else was fine, good breakfast, nice pool, quiet location.
