Exactly What We Expected

We only stayed one night. The check-in process was easy. The staff member was extremely nice and professional (especially since she had some troublesome people in the lobby at the time who were giving her a hard time due to no fault of her own and she was handling it like a professional queen). The cabin was exactly what the pictures showed and was clean. My kiddo loved that we were within walking distance to the playground which looked as if it had been kept up with. The location was great. We will definitely be staying here again if we need a place in PF, GB or Sevierville.
