The hotel is very rundown. The microwave does not work in the room we had. The refrigerator was leaking and when we walked in the bathroom has water bugs or roaches on the sink. And when you try to call the hotel you constantly get a busy signal.

Check in took over a hour, clerk even went out to her car and on phone. I believe she was communicating with other staff but she never addressed that or why she lost walked off. We thought she may have just quit. Then we got to room and bed bugs. Room was not very clean at all.

Unfortunately the hygiene was disgusting I have loads of bugs in my room and was bitten by some sort of bugs over night and left with scratching on my body very disappointing as I traveled from Europe to visited and had to deal with this

I never checked in to get into the room and I asked the front desk to cancel for me and they did . So after they canceled my reservation I reached out to Expedia for me refund and they haven’t responded and didn’t answer the phone . Front desk was very rude and non professional
