Amazing vacation

The house was absolutely beautiful. All of the rooms were clean and well stocked to start our week. For our family the setup was great with bedrooms on all floors. The owners were absolutely awesome and we are excited to stay with them again.

9 of us stayed here and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms. We were worried about parking since the information says 2-3 cars but we were able to park 4 cars easily. Easy check in and check out. We had a great weekend.

The cabin was awesome! It was located close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Had ample room for our family. We had a great stay. The only disappointment was that the advertised pool was not open as we thought. But everything else was great!

Bear Haven - A true "Haven"

We really enjoyed our stay at Bear Haven. The cabin was very clean when we arrived and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The beds were very comfortable. We felt like we were in the treetops when you sit out on the porch/deck areas. The pool was clean with plenty of room for multiple famlies to use at the same time. The cabin is very close to all the attractions the Smokey Mountains have to offer.

Enjoyed the area and location of the property. The deck looked as though it hadn’t been swept in a very long time. There was dirt and dust behind every door and the frame in the shower unit upstairs could use a scrub brush for sure.

Tennessee for the holidays

Our family drives up to Tennessee every Christmas break, and we have stayed in many different cabins in the past couple years. I can say hands down this has been our favorite. Trip with my aunt

We had a wonderful time. The place us big. It was only 3 of us. Each had thier own floor to retire to in the evening. The location is perfect for all of the activities that Pigeon forge has to offer. Well stocked. Very clean. Will definitely stay there agian if we return.

Nice place

There was plenty of room for 3 teenagers, and six adults. There are stairs down into basement and stairs to upstairs loft/bedroom area. The extras were nice. My daughter had forgotten her toothbrush but they had one in each bathroom. A few minor complaints: Upstairs shower had barely lukewarm water. It was an unpleasant shower each day for the two of us that used it. Main floor bathroom shower didn’t drain during shower and had standing water for a while afterwards. The toilet in that bathroom continued to fill/run after flushing. Downstairs TV has no sound. Deck rail by the hot tub is dangerous. My son leaned on it and it started to give and lean out. Definitely needs fixed before someone gets hurt. Management checked in and I made them aware of the issues but I opted to allow them to fix them after we left. Nothing was major so we didn’t feel the need to make them come out unnecessarily. Overall, it’s a cute place with plenty of beds and space for larger groups. It was clean and well kept. Hot tub was lovely. We would definitely stay here again.
