Nice week in Pigeon Forge.

We were very pleased with the condo, its location and the onsite pools. Also, the free tickets were a great bonus and we used at least one every day. Luckily the free tickets were for attractions that we had already planned to visit.

Condo was clean, was in an easy-to-reach area just off the Parkway. My son loved the indoor pool and hot tub! We stayed in early December and it was cold outside but the hot tub was a winner. The unit also has a great indoor jacuzzi tub that I took full advantage of. Had one issue where the bathroom door was locked when we got there, but there were no issues getting hold of someone. Great place, would stay here again!

Top Notch Communication, Very Clean, Beautifully Decorated, My questions were answered in an extremely quick response time, even down to my silly questions on what type of coffee maker is in the unit. Spoke to the host a couple of times, so very pleasant. Would HIGHLY recommend this unit !! Can't wait to stay here again sometime.

Great week in Pigeon Forge

The condo was layed out nicely and felt bigger than a 2 bed/2 bath with the very large living room with the sleeping sofa. The gift basket at check in was a very nice surprise. The property itself was very nice and clean. The pools were clean and and the hot tubs were a great addition too, the lazy river was a great bonus. Has a nice patio where we played cards at night and from the area at the indoor pool you can see the nightly fireworks from Dollywood. We will definitely try to stay here again in the future.

You can’t have a better location that right up the hill from the road with SO much to offer in Pigeon Forge. Less than 10 minutes to Dollywood. A pool and hot tub to use. The condo was clean and as advertised. It was cooler out when we visited, but the private porch out back was nice too. The only negative was that the wifi was spotty (this is the development’s wifi, not the owner’s fault). It’s close enough to Walmart to have groceries delivered which is a plus! We would definitely stay here again.

Great Getaway

This was the perfect place to stay. Easily accessible but set back in a quiet area. Two bedrooms with comfortable beds. Two nice sized bathrooms with shower/bath and a separate jacuzzi. The kitchen is small but has everything you need including refrigerator, Keurig, dishwasher, oven, microwave, pans, utensils, etc. The washer/dryer was a great bonus that came in handy. It's always great to have a pool and hot tub available but the hot tub needs a good drain & clean. The communication was great and we even booked last-minute! Thank you for offering us such a great place to spend our vacation!

Location was good, but overall rating is fair. There was visible mold all inside of the shower curtain. The toilet ran loudly at night incessantly. When we arrived the kids wanted to try the pool out, but it was closed down and this was not communicated through property management. I think the unit just needs some TLC

Perfect Location

Wonderful property right on the main strip. Weather was raining and cold, but would be in walking distance to almost everything. Perfect spot for Dollywood. Property itself was quiet and clean. We stayed in December and the host had a Christmas tree and holiday decorations which was a nice touch. They also provided a snack gift bag! Beds were comfortable and we slept well. Only suggestion would be to bring a few extra pillows if you can, but I like a lot of pillows so that is just me. Strong water pressure with plenty of hot water. I think that is all the highlights. Lovely experience with a good price. Recommended.
