Pet Policy
We welcome up to 3 well-behaved dogs — $235 per pet, per stay. Please send us a message if you intend to bring your furry friend as these charges may need to invoiced after booking, separately. Dogs must be house-trained, crated when left alone, and kept off furniture. Additional cleaning fees may apply if extra cleanup is needed. Sorry, no cats.

Outdoor Grill
BBQ after a day of adventure in the Smokies!!! Please bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid. Can be purchased at the nearby Walmart. Utensils and grill tools are provided inside for your convenience.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire Ridgetop Hideaway by Dana and Wil, including five private bedrooms, seven bathrooms, the indoor heated pool room, hot tub, theater room, game room, and outdoor fire table. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, dining areas, and covered patios. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Parking is provided for up to five vehicles adjacent to the cabin. Please note that the pool area is equipped with safety features, but adult supervision is always required.

You're just a quick 7-minute drive from the thrills of Dollywood and Splash Country, perfect for family fun. For shopping and dining, The Island in Pigeon Forge is only 12 minutes away, offering a variety of attractions including the Great Smoky Mountain Wheel. Explore the charming shops and restaurants along the Parkway, with options to suit every taste, from classic Southern fare to gourmet burgers. The property is also conveniently located near grocery stores and essential services. With easy access to major roads, you'll find it easy to explore other local attractions like the Titanic Museum (10 minutes) and the Rocky Top Mountain Coaster (8 minutes), offering a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure.

Getting Around:
While The Ridgetop Hideaway offers ample parking for up to five vehicles, please note that public transportation options are limited in the Pigeon Forge area. The closest major airport is McGhee Tyson Airport (TYS) in Knoxville, approximately a 1-hour drive away. We recommend using a car for getting around to fully enjoy all the attractions the Smoky Mountains have to offer. Uber and Lyft are available, but wait times can vary. For exploring local attractions like Dollywood (7 minutes away), The Island in Pigeon Forge (12 minutes), and downtown Gatlinburg (20 minutes), driving is the most convenient option.

Other Things to Note:
Some photos may showcase special amenities such as food and beverage displays,
breakfast trays, celebration setups, or event décor. These services are not included
with your standard reservation.
The bottom floor outdoor lights are on an automatic timer from 5pm to 2AM.

Safety Notice:
The indoor pool room is equipped with a safety gate and a childproof keypad lock; however, these features are not a substitute for direct and constant adult supervision. Children must be monitored at all times when near or in the pool area.

Please note: Baby gates are provided for added peace of mind, but they are not guaranteed to be foolproof. Some toddlers may be able to climb over or bypass them, so continuous supervision is essential.

Depending on the booking platform a fully refundable security deposit maybe collected in case of damages. This will be refunded after the property has been inspected after your stay.

The cabin is located with a processing facility in the distant area. While rare, guests may occasionally notice outdoor odors depending on wind and weather. We strive to maintain a fresh, comfortable environment at all times.
