Pigeon Forge River cabin, Unit 548 River Haven, will help you escape from the stress of your daily life. This beautifully decorated cabin has hardwood throughout and is in the River Port resort which sits on the banks of the Little Pigeon River, located just one mile from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge, five miles from Dollywood, and is perfect for a couple or for a small family getaway. You can sit back and relax with your family as you watch a movie on the 50-inch flat screen television, stretch out on the queen size sleeper sofa, or catch a mid-day nap in the recliner. Prepare a meal in the kitchen which comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, air fryer oven, and a standard and a Keurig coffee pots. The lower-level private bedroom features a king-size bed with a 39-inch flat screen television. The lower-level bathroom has a double vanity, walk in shower and a hairdryer for your convenience. The open loft bedroom includes a queen size bed and adjoining bathroom with walk in shower and hair dryer. The kids will love the newly added stand-up arcade machine that this cabin boasts. Spend your evening on the deck that overlooks the river and soak away your worries in the hot tub or enjoying a nice cook out grilling with family and friends on the gas grill, and glide away your stress in one of the two gliders that the deck offers. Don’t forget to bring your fishing gear or your favorite book as you sit by the outdoor firepit and enjoy the splendor of the little Pigeon River. This was the perfect cabin for my spouse and I and in a GREAT location. It was so peaceful! Well decorated and clean. We enjoyed sitting at the fire by the river, grilling out back and just soaking in the scenery!

The cabin was perfect for our family of 4. The cabin was clean and they provide all necessary items. The location on the river is great. We swam, fished and tubed. We had a small issue with one toilet but we called the office and maintenance was there to fix it in less than an hour. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Location -- 1 Hiccup

The property is in a great location--quite and easy access to downtown. It's exactly as presented online, and we loved the house. The only issue we had was that the bed linens were NOT washed/changed prior to arrival. This was evident by something visible on the sheet, which easily came out with a wash cloth and soap. I had to sleep on sheets used by the previous tenant the first night because I didn't see it until after 10 pm. It's very clear the cleaning service just remade the bed, which is pretty gross. We survived, and they did send the cleaning service over to put on new linens the next day, but they were supposed to come that morning and showed up at 6 pm while we were there showering, which was super akward.

We really loved the location and the cabin itself. I would have easily rated this cabin a 5/5 if we hadn’t encountered a cleaning issue. Our master bedroom sheets were dirty and hadn’t been changed since the previous guests. The sheets, pillow cases, and all the extra blankets and linens had stains on them. I reached out to the company immediately, but it was late at night since we arrived late. We had to stay up and wash all of the linen in the cabin before going to bed. All the company did the next day was offer for someone to come to our cabin while we were there to get the dirty linens and take them to clean them. We were extremely upset about the dirty linens and how the company offered us pretty much nothing but an “I’m sorry.” To make matters worse, we read in the guest book in the cabin that another family had experienced the same issue. The cabin/location really is great and hate there was an issue with cleaning.
