"No breakfast or drink water avaiable upon arrival, i suggest to procure them before. No line cell without wifi that is into the house, i suggest to download the video to reach the exat position before arriving in the farmhouse. The garden is a little space behind the entance. "The hospitality and surroundings were exceptional. We greatly enjoyed our 2-week stay in rural Umbria, a part of Italy which remains Italian. The scenery is wonderful and if you enjoy cycling, walking or simply taking-in the unspoilt landscapes, this is certainly the place to stay. The property is maintained in excellent condition, has plenty of space and all the facilities you could reasonable ask for, and the owner lives only 30 minutes away should he be needed."
