"This could be a great hotel with a spa and gym, in a perfect position, good choice at breakfast and lovely staff. But it has not been maintained. While we were there, the spa was closed because the roof had fallen in, the lift broke down and was still out of action on the day we left, the door to the gym would not close, there weren’t enough sockets for the gym equipment and some did not even have electrical leads."

"Great hotel, great location. No need for Uber - just take line 2 from airport to medecine stop on the tram. 5 min walk to hotel door. We arrived early ( 11:45am) but we’re able to get into our room- even though it was FULL! You can’t go wrong booking this hotel. You are in the city- so it isn’t “quiet” in the streets at night. But it is a lovely , clean hotel!"

"We appreciated the bunk beds for our kids and the balcony. The hotel staff were very nice. Lots of beaches and restaurants with umbrellas and chairs a short walk away. "Overall, ok stay. Service of the breakfast and dinner can be improved. Personnel could not explain the menus on the card. Breakfast lady has a sharp edge. Restaurant is missing a bit of atmosphere. Also, the soap and shampoo in the bathroom were not renewed. We had to ask for it, even after the room was cleaned. Location and pool are excellent. As well as possibility to reserve beach chairs and umbrella. Would come back if the minor points are taken care of."
