"Arrived to issues with parking, city access to hotel area in traffic restricted zone and a few other niggles... SO glad to say the Sole Hotel team were on to it straight away, found solutions and fixed every concern in a charming, diligent and thorough way. 5 stars, you can be VERY confident in this hotel and its PROFESSIONAL staff. From cleaners to bar waiters to management. This is a classy team. As to location, its unbeatable. Lakeside, on the main square with breathtaking views. "Super helpful staff. Very nice hotel. However no internet in rooms and there is zero sound proofing - very unfortunate when neighbours watch TV. Thankfully staff gave us the option to move to a quieter room."

"Great hotel with amazing views from our room and the pool area. Friendly staff, clean rooms & great breakfast too. Only drawback is a steep walk uphill coming back from Limone town. There is a shuttle bus but this stops at 7pm."
