The staff was very accommodating to our needs and very helpful in directing us to exquisite dining in the area, including their excellent restaurant. The pool and spa was enjoyed as well. "The staff is very nice and polite. All of them. It was a bit challenging to find our room since we had to use several different elevators and directions where not all very clear. You can see some parts are ready for an update. But overall , if these are the only negatives, it was a great stay , with great staff and excellent food ( semi board restaurant). "This is a lonely, fairly small hotel. We stayed in the Panorama Suite which was really spacious, impressive and comfortable with great views. This is a great hotel to be near the zell am see slope, walking distance to rental shops and the slope. The breakfast was nice, although the restaurant is quite small and it does get very busy with everyone wanting to hit the slopes in the morning. There is space at the hotel to store ski equipment, although it is limited and if you stay or later you're not guaranteed space. We were a little disappointed but the facilities, we thought there would be more spa like facilities but it is just a sauna in the basement which we didn't fancy going in. In the local area there isn't too much going on - we found the dining options limited from a vegetarian/vegan perspective, and a lot of activities that were recommended were not open until summer (i.e boat trips on the lake). We would rather have stayed in Kaprun on reflection. However it was still a good stay, and it's also conveniently located for bus stops to take you to the other slopes. Would recommend for a short stay. "

"Everything was satisfactory and pleasant experience including dining and breakfast. The reception staff Jasmin was superbly cheerful and friendly. The room given to us facing the busy street was noisy till 10 plus in the night. "
