This was a terrible experience. The staff, though well intentioned were ill informed regarding the property. There was a car with a bashed in windshield in the parking lot and other broken down cars around that gave the place a sense of danger. The room I was given smelled terrible, had the window open when I checked in around 8pm. The toilet was broken - the tank was empty and when I tried to fill it by turning the water on, it leaked all over. It was noisy most of the night with other occupants arguing and cursing around. I will not return. Would have been better off spending $5 more and staying in a safer cleaner, well maintained hotel.

It was pretty small which isnt that big of a deal since i was by myself but if there wouldve been 2 people in the room it would've been pretty cramped. The floor was not vacuumed there was someones leftover dipping sauce left on the floor i would suggest to make sure the housekeepers recheck there rooms before going to the next room everything else looked cleaned but the floor

The heater was noisy. It would go on and off every 30 seconds. The garbage hauler emptying the dumpster outside our window at 6 am woke us up. Breakfast was awesome.

Very outdated, bed had a blanket under fitted sheet instead of a mattress pad. Went to breakfast and waffle was very dirty, waffle residue all over the cooking area, and biscuits and gravy(which I’m a fan of) looked day old. Went to check out and get receipt, said they don’t give receipts and get it from hotel.com. Insane, this is the only hotel that has refused me a receipt after booking with Hotels.com.

The room smells strong of smoke plus whatever they used to try to cover the smoke smell. Definitely an older hotel. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. If you need a place to stay and take a shower it hits those requirements.

Booked a nonsmoking room, got a smoking room. There were no other rooms available so had to take it. All hotels sold out. Room was dirty and smokey. Wife woke up with watery eyes and sore throat from the smoke. Should have took photos.

I stayed here last night and night before with my partner. The room was infested with bedbugs. As well as cockroach traps laying out everywhere. I was bitten all ober my body numerous times by the bedbugs and beleive I've taken at least one of them home with me. Discusting. The Arabians who own the place leave all their long Arabic hairs all over the rooms when they supposedly "clean". Front desk sold and rented our room out twice so sone stranger was able to just walk in our room yesterday. Front desk wasn't even sorry.They put a hold on my card after two days of being there and have no explanation why it's on there. The second floor smells so bad of cig stale cig smoke. Breakfast is horrible and all sugar. Tub from upstairs was leaking so bad into the ceiling of our room. Fan didn't work. Drains in tubs don't work. The list goes on. Mostly I'm worried about the bedbugs

Worst stay ever!
We arrived late at night. We were given the room keys and went up. Being exhausted we just tried to go to bed. There was a party in a room across the hall. When pulling the blankets back, found the blanket to be dirty. Something was splashed on it. We were thankful there was a second bed! We get up the next morning and find the bathroom to be disgustingly dirty. We left as soon as possible! I talked to the desk clerk. He didn’t care. All he wanted to know is if we saw any bedbugs or cockroaches.

The parking lot was dirty, there was a large group of men out there, drinking beer and throwing bottles into the dumpster, making noise when I parked just before10 PM. Is the key open only door kept getting propped open by the rug, probably by those men drinking beer, and then the room upstairs over me was making noise until well after midnight. I called the front desk to ask them for help, and the front desk didn’t understand enough English to understand what I was saying. It was a horrible experience and I will not stay at this super 8 again. The room was clean. I will at least be honest that there was that one positive. But it’s the only positive. I tried to contact Expedia last night to complain, and that was a major nightmare, trying to get through to them. Last night was one of the worst travel experiences of my life, and I am not a young person.

Super 8 used to be my go to hotel for a quick, cheap stay. this time checking in, the hotel had a stale and not pleasant odor. There were many guests and workers outside getting drunk in office chairs which as a single female made me nervous. My tv didnt work, and my microwave had food in it. I am not one to complain, but this was terrible.
