Public access is right around the corner for boat launch. North Webster is located 2.3 miles to the north with several beautiful lakes of northern Kosciusko County. Great for a family weekend get away or quick fishing trip with the boys.

Definitely worth the money.
Ended up being a great guys weekend. Clean house and property, perfect for fishing getaway. It's very close to boat launch. Pier on property, can catch bluegill from dock. Owner stayed in touch. Great helpful neighbors. Bait shops close by.
