Private: park 1 ha (fenced), beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (depth 160 - 280 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 26.Sep.). Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower, patio, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking at the house. Grocery 5 km, supermarket 5 km, restaurant 5 km, bar 5 km, thermal baths "San Casciano Dei Bagni" 30 km, bathing lake "Trasimeno" 20 km.
