"Our group of 12 included 4 generations for a girls' weekend celebrating my mother's 98th birthday. The bed layout worked great for our group. The living space and kitchen area space was good also. There was a Keurig, but not a regular drip coffeemaker. We knew that beforehand and brought one with us. The host was very nice to work with, responding to inquiries quickly. With my mother being elderly, we are more conscious of handicap accessibility. Grab bars in the bathrooms would have been a nice addition, but we managed. This was not presented as handicap access, so we had not expected those kinds of accommodations. It in no way interfered with us having a very enjoyable weekend. If all goes well, we would definitely consider a do-over here for her 99th. "

"The house was perfect for our large family. The owners provided lots of activities from kayaking to board games. The house was stocked with so many great items, from condiments to coolers. You really didn’t need to bring anything besides clothes. As an extra bonus the house was beautifully decorated and included a Christmas tree. We couldn’t of asked for a better place to celebrate our family Christmas."

"This cabin was very cozy. It is small but we were never in there . Loved the views so beautiful. The bed is not the best to sleep on but even though it was not comfortable we definitely return for another trip. Walking distance to The Whistle Stop Cafe , but the do close early . Everything closes early . We went to the DG which 3 min from cabins and there is a grill … Loved this place !"

"My family met at Lyon's Den to celebrate our 40th anniversary. The house is beautiful and has a wonderful yard for children to play in. The dock is new and has a beautiful view. There is a wonderful gas fire pit on the deck that is perfect for family to gather around to visit. We enjoyed our weekend at this lovely home."

"We stayed for six nights for a couples’ retreat with our two boxers, and it was absolutely wonderful. The home was very clean, well-kept, and comfortable—plenty of pillows (a relief since I forgot mine!). The fenced-in yard gave us peace of mind for our dogs, and the entire property felt very safe.The outdoor space was the highlight. The large, spotless pool was perfect for a daily swim, and we also brought our kayaks to enjoy time out on the lake. We spent most of our time on the deck—sometimes relaxing in the screened-in area with a ceiling fan for a break from the sun, other times rocking in the comfortable chairs while taking in the gorgeous lakefront views. The sunsets over the water were especially beautiful.Evenings by the fire pit were a perfect way to end the day. One of our favorite routines was heading out on the lake in the morning, swimming in the pool in the afternoon, and then making s’mores by the fire pit at night. Truly the best of all worlds.The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, making it easy to unplug and unwind. Communication with the host and the check-in process were smooth and easy.We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful views, great amenities, and dog-friendly peace of mind. We left feeling refreshed and will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips."
