The villa is ideal for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday. It can accommodate up to 9 people and is complete with every comfort. A stone's throw from Etna and the sea, it is the ideal location for an unforgettable holiday. Located in the countryside of Presa, a small but suggestive village in the Etna Park, the villa develops in an old millstone of 1839 with an adjoining manor house, renovated with the utmost respect for the structure. House lends itself to a stay of absolute relaxation and its proximity to the most famous tourist resorts of the Ionian coast and inland of Sicily allows guests to fully enjoy the guest house is composed of three large and panoramic double bedrooms with the possibility of an extra bed, each with private bathroom and shower in the room , and can therefore comfortably accommodate up to 9 people. The villa is rented with the necessary administration directly related to its enjoyment. The living space consists of a living - dining room with satellite TV and a "Sicilian" brick kitchen equipped with a fridge and oven. The real charm of the structure is the outdoor space. In fact, a splendid swimming pool with a large solarium is available exclusively to guests. The outdoor gazebo is instead ideal for breakfast, lunches and suggestive summer dinners and is completed by a barbecue to cook freely.
