"Building is about a year old and staff work hard to satisfy your expectations. We felt like being such a new building it could be better maintained. First we notice black mold in the shower, then notice it on the outside furniture. They use furniture that's not supposed to get wet and leave it out in the pouring rain then gets moldy. They wanted me to pay again when I arrived at the lobby’s reception even though I had already paid via expedia because they claimed that what I paid was a deposit. The listing made no mention of this nor any of the emails I received.
