We had booked three nights but extended for an extra due to the great hide-away feel and options for hiking activities in the surrounding areas (expect great trails and a lot of tourists). Overall, we found the hotel was excellent and really enjoyed the restaurant and friendly service, although limited English skills. We stayed in two different rooms due to our booking and must say both had a few hick-ups. Both related to the room settings, which automatically turns light on when going to the hallway which is weird as this will wake up your sleeping partner - such lighting must be very subtle. In addition, in the first room there was a window to the bathroom that couldn’t be shielded despite a dim light was on unless keycard was take out of socket. In the second room, the AC was quite noisy. This is what it is and didn’t take away our overall great impressing but the hotel claims five stars so maximum sleeping comfort should be a given thing.
Excellent place to stay, very quiet in beautiful nature. Close to the Krkonose natural park and skiing areas and other interesting sites for families to visit. It is also a very romantic place, especially the restaurant with the fireplace and great atmosphere. The wellness area is missing the whirlpool, but there is a great swimming pool and sauna. everyone was very nice and helpful, the restaurant including breakfast options I can only recommend :-)
A nice historical building hidden in a remote area, possibly interested by many nearby visitors. We just stayed one night as we were passing through from Prague to Wroclaw. Interior renovation is done by outstanding craftsmanship with dazzling fixtures, but lacking of warmth and necessary furniture in a large suite assign to us. Dinning area is great and breakfast was nice and plentiful.
Velice milý a ochotný personál, skvělá snídaně.
Mnóstwo miejsc do zobaczenia w całej okolicy.
